Posting Rules

1. General provisions

We remind users that ads must comply with all laws and regulations in force in Italy. Ads are always published under the sole responsibility of the user, who at the time of placing the ad also declares to know and accept the terms of use of the service (see the “General Conditions of Service”). The Owner, as defined in the “General Conditions of Service”, cannot be held responsible in any way for what is published by users and for their conduct. We reserve the right to:

  • decide at any time what actions to take in the event of ads that infringe the rules or principles on which the platform is based;
  • modify/update the rules at any time, even without prior notice;
  • not publish an ad or, if published directly online by the user, to delete it, if the content of the ad violates the “General Conditions of Service”, and/or these rules or, in any case, if its content does not comply with the editorial policy of the platform. 

It is understood that the Owner will not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damages caused to third parties by the publication of the ad, even if he/she has not ordered its cancellation. We remind users that ads that break the law as well as behaviors and expressions contrary to the law will be reported to the police. Please note that the identity of users can be determined through the internet service provider. For example, IP addresses may be recorded in order to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the service. Upon request of the competent authorities, the Service Owner is required to provide any information useful for the identification of any tax evaders.

Finally, given that this is a platform where ads for weapons, weapon parts and products related to the world of weapons can be published, users are required to exercise maximum diligence and fully comply with Italian laws. We briefly outline the behaviors to be followed:

  • When publishing ads, clearly display the object you wish to sell, the conditions in which it is found and, if possible, attach clear and sharp photographic documentation;
  • spam and fraud attempts are not tolerated when consulting ads and sending messages;
  • transparency regarding the identity of the parties involved is essential in managing private negotiations in order to prevent minors or criminals from using the platform;
  • verify and comply with the legal requirements regarding the sale of weapons each time. 

2. Behaviors not permitted on the platform

  • Insert the same ad in multiple categories, regions or provinces.
  • Insert irrelevant keyword lists in the title and/or text of the ads.
  • Insert links within the ads.
  • Insert ads that do not sell a specific product but have the sole purpose of giving visibility to a brand, a company, or another website.
  • Insert ads using management software not authorized by the Owner.
  • Insert ads on behalf of third parties.
  • Insert ads indicating the payment method of recharging prepaid cards, for example Postepay, or services such as Western Union, MoneyGram, BidPay.
  • Insert ads with racist and/or discriminatory terms and/or with content offensive to ethnic groups, public figures or private individuals.
  • Contact the site's advertisers to send them commercial proposals or communications not related to the published ad.
  • Delete ads before their natural expiration to republish them and thus put them back at the top of the results.
  • Exceeding the maximum number of ads allowed per category by any conduct aimed at circumventing the relevant thresholds.
  • Selling goods or services prohibited by Italian law.

3. Types of goods or services prohibited on the platform

  • Brass knuckles and truncheons
  • Explosive powders, explosives of any kind and fireworks.
  • Identity documents or identification cards.
  • Government bonds, shares, bonds and financial products in general, currencies - including virtual currencies.
  • Tobacco, electronic cigarettes and related spare parts and accessories.
  • Pornographic or vulgar material; used underwear.
  • Medicines, parapharmaceuticals, medical preparations, in vitro diagnostics and any type of narcotic and psychotropic substances.
  • Cosmetics.
  • Food products.
  • Discount coupons, holiday vouchers or any other type.
  • Loyalty points or online game points and related rewards.
  • Tickets or season tickets for shows, events or trips that are still available (collector's tickets for events that have already ended are therefore permitted), gyms, digital services, or in any case any personal and non-transferable ticket or season ticket.
  • Fake or counterfeit products, including pay TV and telephone cards.
  • Illegal copies of music, films, books, video games, software and other copyrighted goods.
  • Goods or services prohibited in specific categories.
