Information on the processing of personal data (Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016)

The controller of the personal data on the armionline.net platform is the Owner as defined in the “General Conditions of Service”.

The personal data provided by you directly, or by persons appointed by you, are processed solely for purposes strictly related to the service offered on the platform.

Pursuant to art. 13 par. 3 and art. 14, par. 4 of EU Regulation 679/2016, if the data controller intends to further process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, before such further processing, he/she provides the data subject with information on such different purpose and any other relevant information.

4. Recipients of the processing

The data will not be communicated outside the platform.

5. Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations

This processing does not involve the transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations.

6. Period of retention of personal data

In order to ensure correct and transparent processing, the data are stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed in accordance with the provisions of the law.

7. Rights of the interested parties

The interested party has the right to ask the data controller:

  • access to your personal data governed by art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
  • the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of processing provided for respectively by arts. 16, 17 and 18 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
  • data portability (right applicable only to data in electronic format) governed by art. 20 of EU Regulation 679/2016;
  • opposition to the processing of your personal data pursuant to art. 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016.

8. Right to complain

The interested parties in the event that they believe that the processing of their personal data is carried out in violation of the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016 itself, or to take appropriate judicial action pursuant to art. 79 of EU Regulation 679/2016.

9. Automated decision-making

The data you provide will not be subject to automated decision-making.
